Mental Health Law
We provide expert representation for clients detained under the Mental Health Act, as well as advice on capacity, treatment decisions, and related issues.
We are Law Society Accredited Mental Health Panel Members, with extensive experience representing clients at Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ Hearings.
Legal Aid is available for Mental Health law matters, including:

Court of Protection (Property & Affairs / Welfare)

RJW Legal is authorised by the Legal Aid Agency to provide publicly funded services in Mental Health Law and
Court of Protection (Health & Welfare) matters.
